About the project
Our goal is to transform industries through cutting-edge technology solutions. A car is parked more than 90% of the time and can then be used as a battery for optimal energy management of a home (V2H) and to support the power grid with frequency services (V2G). In this case study, we showcase how we revolutionized the electric vehicle (EV) charging experience from the driver’s perspective. The Challenge
Electric vehicle drivers face the challenge of optimizing their charging schedules to reduce costs and minimize their carbon footprint
We delivered a solution that minimizes energy costs and maximizes earnings from grid-support (V2G). This solution enables EVs to become an essential part in the green energy transition to reduce CO2 emissions. Traditional charging systems often lack real-time data integration and user-friendly interfaces, leading to inefficiencies and higher expenses:
- High Charging Costs: Without access to real-time energy prices, drivers often charge their vehicles during peak hours, leading to higher costs.
- Lack of Scheduling Flexibility: Traditional charging systems do not offer advanced scheduling features, making it difficult for users to plan their charging times.
